Two markets

Running one business across the UAE and Pakistan

General information, not advice on your case. Published 21 October 2026.

Each country has its own regulator, its own filing dates and its own rules for dealings between related companies. In the UAE you answer to the Federal Tax Authority. In Pakistan, to the Federal Board of Revenue and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

Keep one chart of accounts and one close calendar across both. Document every intercompany charge and the reason for it. Ask one team to look at both sides, so nothing falls between them.

Cash that moves between the two entities should leave a clear trail: an agreement, an invoice and a payment that match.

Top G. Corporate Experts works in both markets. See our pages for the UAE and Pakistan.
