Corporate Tax services in the UAE
Registration, planning and filing under the UAE regime.
UAE Corporate Tax applies to business profits for financial years starting on or after 1 June 2023. The rate is 0% on taxable income up to AED 375,000 and 9% above that. Almost every business must register with the Federal Tax Authority, even if it expects to owe nothing.
The return is due nine months after the end of your financial year, and late registration carries a fixed penalty. Top G. Corporate Experts takes you from registration to filing, with the files behind every figure.

Questions we hear most
What is the UAE Corporate Tax rate?
0% on taxable income up to AED 375,000 and 9% on the part above it. The threshold applies to profit, not revenue.
When is the Corporate Tax return due?
Nine months after the end of your financial year. A company with a 31 December year end files by 30 September.
Do free zone companies pay Corporate Tax?
Qualifying free zone persons can pay 0% on qualifying income if they meet every condition. Failing a condition can make income taxable, so we review your position first.
